Komuter ride experience

1st day evening post.

There's suppose to be a shuttle train to arrive at 5.43pm but it's being canceled.
The next train was on 6.00pm, with peoples becomes more crowded. The idea behind the shuttle train is to reduce the traffic volume of passenger per train ride but when I ask fellow trains-mate, she said the shuttle train is totally unreliable. Since the our previous PM in 2007 braving the train rides, there's nothing practical solution have been made by KTM.

Before the train arrive at the station, there's an announcement made by KTM service announcing the train arrival and where it's currently stop. First announcement stated the train is on Taman Wahyu Station but the last 2 stated the train is still at Batu Caves??? Incorrect or inaccurate information is embarrassing to KTM image and creates more disgruntle and aggressive passenger.

By boarding the train at Bank Negara I've able to squeeze into the train but by the KL Sentral station, it would be most difficult to board since more passenger were boarding there. The term packed sardine is not enough to describe it, since in the sardine can there's still room to move.

KTM should look into more available practical solutions, since this my first ride since my collage days its a sourly experience for me and for the tourist also.
